The host and staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and they might have the best fitness gym located inside a hotel. Very pleased with our stay.

"GREAT VALUE FOR SUCH A NICE HOTEL!"

Fair price overall. Fair price on on-premises parking garage. (Think was $25 night?) Only charged for 1 vehicle when we had 2 vehicles to move our daughter out of UTK dorm. Could leave vehicle there until 3pm until new charge would kick in. So made it easy for us to walk to the square nearby to eat lunch without worry.

Location Downtown Very clean Smelled amazing as soon as you walk in

Parking garage only because it’s a tight squeeze for a larger vehicle.
