Facilities r old, windows not sound proof, street noise is loud at night Need to self pay for parking Way way over price!

The location was very good. In walking distance to all facilities and onsite parking was good

The hotel was very dated. It needs a refresh to bring it to standards of other Mercure hotels

Great location. Nice view of River Ness from room. Helpful staff. Bedding and bathroom very clean.

Some room lights and sockets didn’t work. Made it a little dark for getting ready in the morning. Also tables a bit sticky.

Location was very convenient for all I wanted to do. The staff were super friendly and helpful and also arranged for me to move rooms when I said the toilet was constantly running water and noisy. I stayed there 3 times in a few weeks between other trips and I loved that I could store some luggage. My rooms were all warm and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back again.
