Mercure Inverness Hotel

The location is excellent. Staff very professional and friendly. Excellent breakfast.

Our room was looking onto the alley where it was a little noisy at night and early morning.

fantastic location - right in the middle of bars, restaurants, public transport and pretty much anything else you need! The room we had was a river view one, which was very spacious and well decorated. It had all the facilities and amenities you would need. The hotel staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was a buffet style but with plenty of choice of both hot and cold food. Also very tasty. A great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The hotel location is excellent, right in the heart of everything you need - bars, restaurants, transport. Our room was amazing, overlooking the river. Very spacious, with all the facilities you would need. clean, tidy and well decorated too. Breakfast was really tasty with plenty of choice. Buffet style but well spaced out for easy access.

Fittings/furniture looking tired and dated. WiFi was poor, advertised on website as String and secure able to stream movies, wasn’t the case. Basically public WiFi

This hotel is tired, run down and overpriced. The staff are very nice and the breakfast is good. The room was without a phone or working television. It had no chair nor charm. Really not aligned with the brand. Staff were efficient and friendly.
