location very good, breakfast though not complementary was pretty good, restaurant staff were friendly & relaxed

bathroom door sticky, shower difficult to operate and took very long to get warm

The location was great, the hotel itself was beautiful.

The room was dirty and had garbage on the floor next to the bed. The ice machine was broken. Our room was not ready until over 2 hours after check in time. Staff was not very friendly or helpful.

No air conditioning. No ice maker except th 6th floor. We were on the 2nd floor. The elevator stop working

AC was down but made little difference to comfort of our stay. Staff was very friendly

Pay parking ( 30 dollars a day) and pay extra for breakfast

Nothing.

Nobody told us AC was out, no compensation for it, charged my card before we even knew it was out. (We said pay at hotel). Everything in our room was broken and stained, our beds sagged, nothing like a single photo listed.

Breakfast was very good. Waitress handled the low staff and waiting very prerfessional.

Room was not clean when we arrived and we did let you know when we were arriving. There was an unmade bed, garbage left and dirty towels still on the floor in the bathroom. Also no air conditioning but we were informed when checking in. Noted some drops of blood in the elevator. Smelled pot in the garage and a homeless person was hanging around in the parking garage.

Desde que llegamos nos amenazó la recepcionista que no había agua caliente, y que no había aire acondicionado, que no sabían cuando se iba a arreglar. También nos dijo que ella no nos resolvería nada. Que hablaramos a Booking por el reembolso a probar nuestra suerte. Posteriormente, el hotel bien dicho, ni agua caliente, ni aire acondicionado, una estancia pésima en una ciudad tan fría como Minneapolis. Por "falta de personal", este hotel no hacía el aseo en las habitaciones. Todo personal era muy grosero, te trataban como si te hicieran un favor, en lugar de estar dispuestos a ayudarte. Cobran depósitos pero no aportaron nada.
