"Great location and staff - disappointing facility."

The location was perfect for us and the staff was helpful and delightful.

Stuff was wearing out. The hall temperature was 90+ - the room HVAC was so loud that we turned it off to sleep - the cold water faucet was extremely difficult to turn on and off - the shower curtain and liner pooled on the floor and in the tub - lampshades were damaged and needed replacement. In the lobby, we saw a sign for cookies - but cookies were never available.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable.

My room smelt of cigarettes the entire time. I went down and spoke with the front desk and was told “That happens” when it is a nonsmoking building. I asked if there was anything they could do and was told no.

The cookies were amazing at check in.

No coffee in lobby so thought I would make coffee for my cookies in the room and it was decaffeinated. So no coffee in the morning either. When we arrived we were in the basement garage and there is a buzzer there to ring the front desk but they can't open the door so its not convenient for you to haul your luggage up the ramp and around the front of the building when it is cold and blowing. The front desk has heard this many times but nothing changes. It wouldn't do good anyway because we didn't have a room key yet and can't use the elevator. Every time we were in the elevator we helped get kids back to their floor because they had no key.
