"Excellent location in DT Minneapolis. Good value for a suite, too. Clean and well-appointed rooms."

The room was very spacious and well-appointed, but the TV was an older model and didn't appear to have the option of watching YouTube. I didn't actually spend much time in the room anyway as my visit was short. The bathroom was nice and I liked the large shower, but the shower head was old and should be replaced with something more modern. Bed was comfortable. I particularly appreciated that SOFT lighting was present rather than the bright white fluorescent style lighting.

TVs and shower head are due for upgrade.

The staff on the night of arrival at the hotel were fantastic 👌

Your system didn't accept my visa card. POS wasn't working. The hotel doesn't accept cash even though there was an ATM.

"Nice clean hotel, but front desk staff and dining staff not very friendly."

the hotel's location is excellent near shopping and US Bank Field.

Some of the amenities I was expecting were not available. No free water bottles, no pool and a mixup on maid service. While my mini suite was very nice, it was also very cold. Raised the thermostat to no avail.
