"Good"

The hotel is in the middle of a building site. Noisy, dusty and dangerous when walking out the front door. Advertised "water views" from balcony had been built out, and swimming pool was unusable because of construction beside it. Staff were wonderful.

"Nice hotel close to Souq Waqif. "

Close to Souq Waqif about 10 minutes by Uber and only 10QAR for Uber fee. Very nice buffet breakfast. Polite and nice staff.

"Terrible Service"

A hotel was booked for 19 nights, prepayment was taken from Hotels.com. Upon arrival from UK, employee was told nothing was booked. Staff were rude and unhelpful.Employee then was made to pay for hotel for one night stay. The next day we moved employee to Radisson for the remaining 18 night. We will never use this hotel again. No apology or help offered.

"not very pleasant due to construction"

A lot of construction going on around the hotel which made getting in and out of the hotel parking very difficult. The hotel was not bad for the value of money. Though the rooms had a balcony but it was not very pleasant due to the construction. The staff were kind enough to extend our stay until 3pm as our flight was at 7.30pm.

"Very nice hotel and near by Souq Wakid"

The hotel is very nice but in front of the hotel is giant massive construction, I stayed there for 2 nights every nights at 2 am some people still working and drilling, very disturbing. Hotel is very clean, staffs very nice, swimming pools the water is really cold can't swim with that water. and I got free transfer from airport to the hotel both ways was really nice. to go to city center bit far away from the hotel, but when the massive construction finish the hotel has very nice location, I will be back staying at this hotel again for sure.

"Horrible place"

The place can be for low class people only.unprofessional staff.the valet parking service is horrible. The place outside the hotel like a zoo.
