The room was dirty, the personal not very friendly. The building is ugly, is old it needs a lot of work.

Unfortunately I didn't notice when booking there is no elevator. I arrived at 9:30 after driving all day to find that, at 75 yrs old, I had to carry my stuff to the 3rd floor. Room was a little dated, but comfortable, and could have used a little cleaning on the tub tile grout and carpet stains. Not many plugs for electronics but it was only me so I made do. Breakfast was coffee, cereal, waffles, toast/bagles and apples. Not much but will get you going. Also, with all the highway construction the 'Google maps' designated exit from the west is closed so be aware and exit early.
USStaff was kind and helpful
The ice machine was so old and rusted, I did not touch it or get ice. Room was old, floors dirty, no kleenex in room...hated the stay and couldn't wait to leave.
I couldn't and didn't stay at this facility. It was dreary, depressing, and I felt unsafe.
I just not feel comfortable.
