I'm here for work.. This by far was the best hotel especially for the price...

Great location for downtown

It had roaches and black mold in the ceiling in the bathroom then on top of everything the TV not wanting to working the staff is wonderful but who ever owns it doesn't do upkeep very well on the property.

it was dirty, hot and uncomfortable. i RESERVED a king room, then got there right at check in time and was told there were no more kings. despite me explaining to her that a reservation is literally meant to HOLD the room i booked and paid for.

I'm surprised this place is even on hotels.com. The ratings there are a lie. There was dried blood on my pillow, someone's hair on the bathroom floor. Every time I flushed the toilet, water spewed out the back. I saw multiple roaches. I've been trying to get my money back for over a week and trying to get in touch with someone at the property is a joke. The number connected will get you corporate and even they can't get anyone to answer the phone. The manager said he checks his email multiple times a day, not true. This property is horrible and do not stay here.

The bed was uncomfortable, there were bugs, the towels and linens had stains, the bathroom floor was sticky, and there was water buildup behind the toilet

Nothing. Everything was dirty and smelled bad.

It was a dirty hotel and eventhough the person working the front desk told me I could get a refund, cause I did not want to stay in a dirty room/bed, I only got a refund for 10% of what I payed. The first room they got for me was dirty. The second just sprayed for bed bugs and the third was occupied. I left the hotel and the property as soon as possible!!!
