How nice the house keeping crew is nice

The fact that I had been stay here for 2 weeks and I was unable to take a hot shower. The shower just shot out cold water but it was hot water to make a bath but I prefer not to take a bath in bathtubs that aren't mine and it was half detailed clean or sanitized. We asked to be moved and nothing. Only ONE person came to make an attempt to fix and the guy up front didn't move us he just kept saying someone will come fix it. And we were overly charged for a room that couldn't fit my needs

The toilet didn’t flush. Tub wouldn’t drain. We thought our car would be stolen. We left and went to a different part of town!

Never got to see the inside of the property. Outside a little suspect. Power was out in the whole area when i tried to check in so i went to another Wyndham hotel.

Very Dutty

Room was dirty bathroom mirror was dirty and hair all over shower and toilet....people walking around all hours of the night felt very unsafe.

It was only convenient because of the rainstorm outside.

Was dirty and the staff was completely unhelpful. My room didn't even have a remote for the TV and when I requested one I was told that "there aren't any,they're all gone". If it wasn't for the rainstorm outside I would have asked for my money back.

I was in satisfied with the breakfast and as I was going to breakfast I was going alone and I walked in with like five other people that were coming from different rooms and the manager and the desk refused me to stay again due to too many people in my room but those people were not in my room so I didn't like the front desk manager I guess he was I'm not sure but and so he refused my next day service due to other people working with me who are not with me.

I didn't like the front desk guy that was there in the morning he was very judgmental and went by assuming something and then and refuse my stay the next day

Nothing.

This hotel was disgusting. Upon arrival, the parking lot reeked of feces and the staff were not friendly or polite when checking in. The room itself reeked of cigarettes, there were bugs crawling on the bathroom floor, and overall it looked and felt filthy.

This property was not as advertised. There were many problems with the room including dirty floors, sheets, mattresses, damage, and what looked like mold. There was litter everywhere outside and people loitering outside that harassed me and asked to shower in my room. We did not feel safe and moved to another hotel after entering the room. The on duty manager was very nice and offered a refund, however it seems that the refund is being denied by the company.

The cable is down and they still charge full price internet barely stays connected
