Very run down building with roaches and flies in the room. Needs total remodeling/ renovation

The price. The room wasn’t bad.

The parking lot had tons of trash in it, making the whole place looks ok extra dirty

When we arrived at this property I was told by the person behind the counter that there was only 1 room left. I went to the room, opened the door and the room was occupied. Not by a few belongings, but like a family was living there. My wife was very scared at this point. I went back to the front desk and the attendant told me that whoever checked out must not have taken their stuff. I then asked how this was not discovered when the room was cleaned? He did not have an answer because obviously it was not cleaned. There were homeless people all over this property. Some of them were looking for food in the garbage cans in the front of this motel. At this point there was no way we were going to stay at this location even though this was the week before school started and rooms anywhere were very hard to find. I have never seen a worse hotel/motel experience in my life so we left.

The property was not clean rooms had damage that looks like water damage. We did not stay.

Switched room 2 times. Couldn't even open the door to the first room Second room had no phone, tv was disassembled, extra tv laying on the chair. Third room again no phone, sink drained extremely slowly, toilet didn't completely flush.
