Lovely outdoor heated pool

Was not a pleasant experience trying to order drinks in the bar. It felt like we were annoying the staff member and no option to start a tab was given.

Good parking. Quiet location. Spa pool was clean and warm.

Carpet in room very worn and ridged. This caused me to trip when walking on it during the night, injuring my ankle.

We love staying at the copthorne for our annual rotorua marathon weekend. The price is perfect for us and its nice and quiet.

Its a bit tired in parts. The pool looks moldy on the bottom. But that doesnt bother us. Also plug for the baths would be great! We did ask and one was found but it did seem hard to come.by.
