I love the layout of the room, especially the desk area for the studio (not the one bedroom). They have stone counters for both sinks. It looks like they have a great pool for the kids and others to enjoy - mainly kids.

- the first room they moved me into the air-conditioning didn’t work so I suffered for three nights with no AC - I was then moved to another room next door; the desk was too tiny for me to work on and the bathroom smelled of mildew - I then had to move again (3rd time) to get a better desk and a room that wasn’t dirty as I was on a work capacity. - finally moved into a room that I thought was proper, but the light next to the bed didn’t work because the bulbs were bad so I had to go to the dollar store to get bulbs because the front desk didn’t have any. - I also realized that the guests there mainly have mental issues as I heard a woman screaming profanities in front of my door, complaining about her partner. This went on for at least two hours at around 1:30 to 3 in the morning. She continued as a guest for another week and the same profanity tantrum occurred during the day. - when I first arrived until the day I had to leave which is about a 28 day stay, the halls were filled with the stench of marijuana - while on an important zoom call for work the Internet cut off. It does not let you initially use VPN. You have to turn it off and expose your computer to security risks in order to use the local Internet. - I had to share my Mac address with their IT team so that they can whitelist my computer to ensure I stay online - I purchased breakfast food so that I can cook breakfast, but realized that the exhaust fan for the range hood did not work. So I called it in for repair and receive no feedback. - during my stay for 28 days, housekeeping has not visited once to change any towels or clean that I know of so I had to take my linens and wash them myself. At the dollar store I picked up some cleaning products so that I can clean the unit myself.

The amenities were nice...breakfast, pool, pet friendlyl. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful except for 1, didn't get her name (long, black, straight hair), has a snooty attitude. Rooms are a good size, beds are comfy. Even though there is no daily cleaning service to the rooms, they are great about providing anything you need if you go to the front desk to request anything.

The kitchen wasnt cleaned very well. Pots and pans were dirty/greasy. Stovetop was stucky/greasy. Cabinets (outside) were sticky and needed to be wiped down. Dresser drawers also needed to be wiped out. I just cleaned it all myself but would have preferred not to have to do that. Carpets have stains and could use shampooing. But the place is nothing how the reviews portray it to be. The biuldings/rooms smell pleasant and are fairly clean. For an extended stay hotel where people are living here fir short amounts of time, u kind of have to expect some of these things. Laundry is crazy expensive @$3.00 to wash and $3.00 to dry per load but....it IS a convenience to have it right here.

Was not very clean at ALL. Breakfast was a big disappointment. On the 2nd day at 7:45 am (15 minutes after opening) there was bearly any food. We went out to eat.
