The size of the room compared to the price was great. All the amenities that change with the room was also a plus.

Breakfast was really early so I did not get a chance to enjoy.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was so-so. My room was typically quiet.

Breakfast was typically cold. More variety. Signs are unethical and rude. Reported issues that were never resolved. Poor management of linens. You're expected to bring your dirty linens to front desk; get clean. Very unprofessional. Hallways and grounds are filthy, cigarette and weed smells, trash everywhere; never picked up. Cigarette butts cover the grounds. Dog shit not picked up, enforced. Guests not disabled, park in handicap space without fines, while disabled are forced to park further away. Was never offered housekeeping service. Manager never seen walking the grounds, buildings. Need a grounds manager and security service. Only 1 person working desk at a time.

The breakfast was fine but we didn't know that on Saturday morning it didn't begin until 7:30 and we had to be at Stabler Arena by 7:45 so we had to go get our own breakfast and eat it in the car while driving.

The room we had could use an update. The carpet by the vanity had black spots in it and the kitchen area cabinets had scratches. One inconvenience was getting to the bathroom. We had our grandson with us and he slept on the sofa bed. We used the bedroom and he had to come through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.
