La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Wichita Falls

When I got there on Saturday about 3 pm. Ladie at the front desk was very rude and racist, she said no rooms tell after 5 or 6 pm. Where was me and wife was supposed to go with dairy products ready to put in the room freigerator, then gave me room after 5:30 pm. Me and wife waiting outside, no freigerator or microwave at all and no remote for the tv, couldn't turn it on, and told me the ladie if I didn't like it to go somewhere is, so wife and I payed another Hotel to stay, and they already took out my payment of two days, total $135.60 dollars, I want my money back, fefund please, or I'll never use y'all's app. again and so my daughter's and family will stop too for good, please take so action for me. I will appreciate it very much.

I stepped and stepped right back out. Booking was an issue because no staff was available and after a half an hour wait to receive my room, it was one of the worst. Room smelt like multiple types substances (cigarettes, weed, cigars, etc.) and there was food and hair on the floor and carpet. I am still waiting on a reimbursement for a stay that I was not going stay to become ill or put my husband in the hospital due to his allergies.

We had to wait to be checked in because the room was being "cleaned". There was a window knocked out and a piece of plywood over it that didnt fit. There was no smoke detector.Had NO HOT WATER. Had to flush the toilet manully in the tank. Phone didnt work. No light blubs.the whloe.place was Filthy. Nasty.

I would not have booked this hotel if I would have seen the room first, this hotel is very dirty toilet didn't work correctly it smelled like weed in the room the room was just nasty all the way around, Even though staff was friendly

Hour to get room at Check in at midnight, bed bugs. No towels in room. No tissues either Smells like smoke, disgusting

It didn’t prepare for new gusts There are dirty towels and out of order a light at the toilet room Door cards are didn’t work when I back hotel room so I have to change cards every day

Don’t compromise your safety for a few bucks savings. Good price but besides that my room was not really cleaned and the property/ area is not the best for solo female travelers. I usually go to La Quinta but for this case, you should check your other options in town first, there are some good ones at the same price point.

No towels, no wash cloths, no toilet paper and no free continental breakfast. Woman at the desk said they were “working on it”.

We reserved a suite and when we arrived, the room we reserved was not cleaned so they had us stay in a room with 2 double beds which was very subpar compared to what we booked. The room was not clean and it smelled as well as there was no remote for the tv. There was a smoked cigarette on the floor still from whoever was there prior to us. I would definitely not recommend this for anyone with a family.
