La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Wichita Falls

The room smelled like skunk. It was supposedly a non smoking room (I guess they meant cigarettes). There were zero linens in the bathroom. It didn’t even have toilet paper. There was no tv. Had one pillow for a king size bed. Nope. I didn’t stay

was booked in Wichita Falls instead of San Antonio which is at least 400 miles south. Had to book my own hotel when we got to SA. Was on the line with expedia for 45 minutes to try and get this resolved. I will never book hotel thru expedia again and will warn all my friends.

Nobody showed up in the office for 20 minutes. Random kids off the street wandered in an out. Someone finally came in and helped the person that came in after I did. When I said I wasn’t going to stay, no apologies, just excuses about being short staffed! We stayed here several years ago and had excellent customer service. We will not be staying there again!!

This property is coming up in San Antonio BUT in fact it isn’t … do not rent it

I booked online. Suppose to be located in the San Antonio, Texas downtown area. When arriving in San Antonio and mapping it, I was repeatedly sent to some other location away from the downtown area. Called Experia to explain that the hotel did NOT exist and that I was being sent else where. Experia stated that I could cancel with penalty. First, the hotel does not exist. Secondly, I had to book a different hotel that evening. False advertisement online and bad business by both the Wyndham and Experia industry.

This hotel was listed as being in San Antonio. It is not. They still charged us even though it was their listing that lied. Then the hotel manager was difficult to get ahold of by us and Hotels.com. They are thieves!

Beginning with the data of the website. The address and the hotel chain are wrong.

After receiving the keys to three different rooms and waiting for over and hour i refused to stay and like several others asked for a refund. One room did not have a working bathroom and awful smell. Another room i was given had fresh pee stains on the bedding. Rooms were dirty and not cleaned by housekeeping, guests were given sheets and towels to change out themselves after checkin. Completely satisfactory
