"Rough place"

Old car with flat and damage not moved... Who knows how long. No coffee with coffee pot. No breakfast when advertising. Scarey parking lot

"No Bueno!!!!"

It was horrible, the lady at the front desk booked with another guest in the same room, then gave us another room that the remote didn't connect to TV, couldn't watch TV, carpet was nasty stained, the room had no refrigerator, no phone, dead and live crickets in the room, don't let the pictures on the Internet fool you, they look nothing like the place, pool was out of service, dirty, all appliances shown in pictures are not in the rooms. The bed wasn't so comfy but was clean and crackheads coming in and out of the rooms.now why would a person on a bicycle be staying in a hotel? Would not recommend this place to anyone only my worst enemy! Believe the bad reviews you read. They are not lying!!!! Never will stay there again. Just sorry I didn't get no pictures to post!

Room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Dog food on bathroom floor. Missing blanket and comforters on beds. No soap. Staff didn’t apologize and after 30 minutes I still hadn’t received a blanket. Had reservations for a king and got two queen beds Also

"Unsatisfactory "

The condition of the rooms was unbelievable. Bedding was dirty. We had to check several rooms to find something suitable. Most rooms had no mirrors, TVs and the bathrooms were falling apart. One room smelled as if I was standing next to someone smoking. The staff was very pleasant and apologetic.

This was an emergency stay so choice wasn’t a real option at the time. Room was cool, but signs of black mold on walls and ceiling, overall location was in one of the worst neighborhoods in town so the local clientele were a bit scary. New management is trying to clean it up. Good start but a long way to go.

This property had no tv in the room. The microwave was in the bathroom. There was no blankets, sheets or pillows in the room. The blow dryer started smoking when turned on and there was blood in the floor. They stated they had no other rooms and refused to refund the room.

Upon arrival (I did arrive at 12:10 am) I found no one in the lobby to check me in. After waiting a few minutes I began knocking on front desk and loudly asking if anyone was there. Noticing a bathroom I relieved myself and leaving the bathroom I met Dominic. I'd made the reservation with Expedia. Dominic had trouble finding the paid reservation, asking if I'd paid, called maybe a supervisor? and then said "I'll get you a room." This took 10 minutes. Phone calls to the desk, 3-4 people staying at the hotel with questions took up another 5, and then Dominic had to check out the room to determine if it was ready. (I'd asked Dominic for a first floor room - no elevator and I had some food in a cooler that wouldn't last in the heat of Texas). Dominic returned after another 10, told me my room number informing me that he'd left the key on the bureau and he'd left the door open. I drove around to the room, unpacked and started to set up for a few hours of sleep. When I went to lock up for the night I discovered the deadlock and the electronic key were both totally disfunctional. In my tiredness I'd failed to notice the lock looked to have been kicked in. It was now 12:50 when I called Dominic up to request another room. He was very apologetic but said he could not help me out for at least another 10 minutes. Within 10 Dominic came by with a key to another room. An hour after arrival I finally got into my room. Lock was functional but... slept well... toilet did not work properly

Mattress was old and lumpy, pillows were small and only 2, only one towel in restroom, tv but no remote to control it, ice bucket lid but no bucket. Trash in parking lot. manager left. We checkout EARLY only person there was a Housekeeper. Did not stay but 15 Minutes. Hope we wasn'tcharge for this.

It was in a bad neighborhood. The doors to the lobby were locked. The attendant relayed to a guest that she was working on getting rooms ready. I said we were cancelling the reservation.
