La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Wichita Falls

I booked this from the UK as it had a Best Western sign in the picture. I have never ever been so shocked by the terrible standard of a room as I was when we opened the door to room 103. An arm chair with chunks out of it, stained bed sheets, lights not working, dripping tap. I can’t describe it. I handed back the keys and went elsewhere. Don’t book it.

WooooW😎‼️ U guys have really turned dis place around since I stayed back in May of this year N the new Bosses (Father n Son duo)be actually outside walking around the property and being on top of the employees and Guest… Way To Go U guys n LaQuinta💪🏿.We Will Return to stay again for sure

I stayed here for a few weeks and it's clear that Laquinta is smoothly transitioning into a hotel committed to giving you the most bang for your buck! New GM, Rooms remodeled, brand n Outdated equipment being replaced daily and new hardworking grounds crew. It's safe to say the new GM is very passionate about hospitality and ensuring that the guests are receiving a genuinely pleasurable experiences. Any issues whatsoever just ask for JW or Shaun and rest assured you will be accommodated.. definitely on the up and up over at the Laquinta

I want to start of by saying I highly comend the current GM for now he has turned this community around and cleaned it up. It cleaner, the employment crew are nicer, great work ethics, great socially skills and friendly staff. It takes a community to make a better environment and I take my hat off to him and his crew. Laquinta was a mess just a few months ago and I see a very big difference in the environment. We need more people in this area like he GM of Laquinta. Great job and I will stand with you any day to have your back. Go team Laquinta!! Congrats to the new GM for having the heart and eagerness to want a better environment for the hotel. Well i definitely enjoyed my week stay! The staff is very friendly & attentive! Especially the housekeepers! My favorite part about this experience was getting greeted by the manargers & the one housekeeper with red hair always made sure i had everything i needed in my room , the atmosphere is quiet & i would definitely come back

I had an exceptional stay, very friendly very impressed with how the rooms were clean. Excellent smell good customer service, a gentleman named Luis. Greeted me with a beautiful smile. I felt safe, very comfortable will definitely be returning again on my next business trip once again thank you for giving me a spectacular stay definitely will be returning.

No television, staff didn’t care. Never cleaned the room , stained mattress and FLIES! Overall a terrible place to stay, I moved to different hotel for the last week of my stay in Wichita Falls. I actually feel I deserve a partial refund!

I think this Hotel just isn't in a place to give it more than what it is. The roads are pot hole central and don't give the most safest of feels, but I didn't get the feel that there were bed bugs. The hotel could use a major revamping, but it wasn't filthy at all. Our door had a broken lock and did not have a chain lock on it either so we had to pile our things in front of the door. We had trouble with our key card, but the manager had no problem correcting the card when it did not want to unlock our door. The bed was clean and it was decent for the fact that we didn't spend nearly what we expected to stay here. If it was had the locks on the doors and didn't sit in a such a dark corner of the road, I would have given more stars.

Rooms are old and needs remodeling, beds were old. Shower handle didn’t work,phone didn’t work, had to ask night clerk several times for maintenance to come fix shower 40 minutes later he comes .
