La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Wichita Falls

Hair in the tub, could not control temperature, very hot. Front desk staff arguing with customers at front desk on arrival!

Not one good thing to say about this place. Roaches, no internet, no refrigerator, noisy, no one to check you out, no ice, no breakfast. Doubled charged me for the room and one answers the phone. Horrible!!!

There’s was nobody at the front desck a note that said be back Cleanning room and system was down. Took about 30 min before someone showed up, another person was there too trying to ck in. He went looking and found a Cleanning lady. And about 15 min later front desk person showed up.

Check in folks were super Friendly and very accommodating. Rom is dated and in need of minor repairs, but overall a comfortable stay for the price.

My bathroom was dirty, room was missing towels, hair dryer, shower curtain, phone and wastebaskets. Tub didn’t drain. There was container of dirty water with trash floating in it sitting on the edge of the tub.

We walked into the room and immediately turned in our keys. The room was dirty, smelled like smoke, and was not safe for our infant daughter to stay.

New model hotel in Wylie but we were blind sided when we found out that it would be $50 a night for our 10 pound Maltipoo. I guess I should have asked before hand but wound never have expected $50 a night. So beware people traveling with pets.

I have stayed at many LaQuintas throughout the years and have always had a wonderful and positive experience. However this LaQuinta was a huge disappointment. We had trouble finding our room due to the fact that our room number was written on the building with a pen. Once we got into the room we discovered that our bathroom light did not work so we reported it to the staff and no one ever came to repair or resolve this problem. Also there was no breakfast offered, just a pitcher of milk in the lobby refrigerator The icing on the cake were the dead bugs in the room.

This place was the worst ever cockaroaches dirty linens i was traveling with my daughter we ended up going to a different place.La Quinta needs to take there brand off this place.

Breakfast was not furnished, mold in shower, sheets stained and dirty, ac didn’t work. Overall cleanliness was not good.
