"Unpleasant."

Key card would not open door to room. Clerk re-scanned card, still did not work. Clerk moved us to another room. Card did not work again for that room either. Finally, card issue fixed. One of the two beds did not have blanket on the bed. AC in room did not work very well. Stayed warm throughout the night even with temp set for 60 degrees. No sugar for coffee the next morning. The workers were very friendly and apologetic. Overall, terrible stay though.

We were missing light bulbs in 3 fixtures and when reported it to the front desk, they said they didn’t have any available and would get some from a vacant room, but they were never delivered. When filling the bathtub, the water was rusty. The beds were comfortable.

This property is filthy. Filthy walls, doors, carpet, bath tub. Stained bedding, no mattress cover and dirty mattress. Running toilet, dripping bath tub. Missing/broken woodwork. Disgusting all the way around. Would not have stayed if we hadn't been driving for 12 hours and arrived late at night. When I walked into the lobby to check in it reaked of marijuana.

"AVOID till updated"

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Staff was very friendly and helpful but they can only do so much. This Hotel is really run down and many things don't work (TV, Shower). Until the owner invests $$ to improve this property, AVOID. You have been warned.
