The room was a little dated and had a bad smell

Very clean. The offerings of ice and water. Nice staff.

The person who prepares breakfast called out and there was no replacement. I booked the hotel partly because it had breakfast.

The location is close to the interstate and restaurants .The person who checked me in was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I needed a seat in the shower on the 4th floor for my handicap relative and she was able to locate one. Although it was too large, we were able to use it without getting any water on the floor.

There wasn’t a microwave in my room on the 2nd floor. I asked for a receipt during checkout and was told that it would be sent to my email. I’m still waiting. I needed to make sure that there were no additional charges to my credit card. I’m still waiting for the email.

The hot showers.

Unfortunately our toilet clogged every single time you flushed and they didn’t have a plunger until the following morning and we still had to plunge the toilet after every use. We were on the 4th floor and had to go to the 1st floor to use the bathroom until they got a plunger. Also the elevator was extremely slow to come up to the 4th floor.
