The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe

Amazing spa experience! We both have happy skin. Dinner at Lillian’s was delicious - distracted service though. Rooms are decorated beautifully and have the best Toto toilets! But take good earplugs if you stay over, the walls are thin thin thin!

If I could I would give the inn 10 stars. What a special experience. The grounds are spectacular and lead right to the town or the pool or the spa. The staff is so good wish I had enough space to name them all. Stayed for 9 days, wish it was forever. The Restaurant and Cafe are so good and well run no reason to leave, but location is the best. Within half hour of all major attractions, Zoo, Golf, Flower Fields. Farmers Markets, Botanical Gardens, La Jolla, Encinitas, Del Mar.

we were asked to put up credit card to hold the reservation which we made in person, but they charged whole room expense in advance without my approval. Called next day and that was adjusted. upon check in, they asked for ccard for incidentals like normal but they ran my card for the entire room expense... again, without my approval. i was not told they did this and when we checked out, they ran my card again for the full amount plus the $50/day valet fee which wasnt communicated. I get there's a fee, but i expected better service from the staff. Bringing this to attention of staff i was told charges would be reversed. didnt happen. mind you during my several phone calls and conversations with various staff members, the tone was consistently argumentative and resistant to my claim. As a San Diego native i had much greater expectations for my whole experience. it was my 56th wedding anniversary and its been nothing but a hassle STILL TRYING to get this resolved.

One of our family’s favorite hotels. The most beautiful place to stay, it’s super quiet, spacious and pleasant, and well staffed. It’s also family friendly, a huge lawn for kids or pets playing, adults can get some amazing drinks and enjoy a quality time. We enjoyed every single stay.

Far exceeded our expectations. Without exception the staff was helpful and enthusiastic about their jobs. We had a spacious rose cottage with a king bed and nice very private balcony. Our only problem was the water was extremely hot which could be dangerous. Also would have been nice to have a magnifying mirror. This is a beautiful, perfectly maintained property with everything so perfectly manicured it was hard to even find a dead flower, literally! So convenient to the quaint downtown area with unique little coffee houses. The weekend we were there we enjoyed an exotic car show covering several blocks. The hotel is also walking distance to a beautiful and well manicured hiking trail. We spent two nights here and were sorry it couldn't have been at least one more night. If you want to eat at Lillian's I suggest making reservations in advance of your stay. We were unable to get in and it is highly recommended. Did eat one night at the bar at Bing's and it was excellent and lively.

The property and the town are beautiful and so very peaceful!

Luxury and relaxation at its best. The location is perfect for enjoying the Rancho Santa Fe village, including shops and restaurants. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The bedding was sold and fresh. The shower was the best and the towels were fluffy. We did enjoy lunch at the Bistro Bar and a cocktail. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend a stay at the Inn.

Beautiful resort nestled in one of the richest zip codes and neighborhoods in the US. The facilities and rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar, restaurant, lounge, work areas are very nice and have a great atmosphere. 10 minute drive to the ocean and restaurants and shops near there. Would go back!
