This was the dirtiest most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. Smelt like dog urine and smoke. Hair up and down all the hallways and stairwells. Shower had so much paint peeling it couldn’t drain. One sheet on the bed with no blanket. Staff had no idea how to provide a blanket. Staff had a baby on site while checking in. Took 45 minutes to get that done. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

The only good thing I can say about this place was the people who checked me in. The first room I went to was not cleaned at all. The second room was I thought clean but the first bed I pull back the comforter and it was full of hair. The second bed was clean( I think). When I went to shower in the morning the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned, so I washed it out and jumped in. When I finished I noticed that their were no towels. So I dried myself of with a tee shirt of mine. I booked this location because it had a 7 star review well let me tell you that’s a lie. The only reason I spent the night was because of my exhaustion from driving all day. Avoid avoid avoid!

I booked this hotel because of the breakfast and shuttle service, neither of which they provided.

I liked everything about it except the Wi-Fi didn’t work and I didn’t have signal in or around the building

Front desk looked very nice. However, room was not. Shower had stuck on dirt. Only two towels for 4 people in room. Very dinky pillows. They were accommodating on keeping the same room for the next day. Went to get towels only got two. One bed only had one blanket. When asked for another blanket, we were given a sheet. The checkin lady was very nice.

The proximity to restaurants and gas stations was great. I quickly got what I needed both the night before and on my way out the next day. I had a VERY quiet night's sleep. I walked by rooms as I went to mine and heard noice, but my room was quiet. I was very thankful as I was very tired. I heard no noise from the room next door or out on the road or parking lot. It also contained a 5-ft refrigerator and freezer as well as a microwave and a 2-burner flat cooktop.

There were just so many things that made this stay below par for Booking.com. First, the cost was $90 for a 2-queen room. Considering I paid $50 the night before for a nice stay, this was not worth the money. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner -- NOTHING. I couldn't even wash my hands with soap. There was a cooktop but no pans. A microwave but nothing to use in it -- no mugs, for example, to heat a cup of water. No tissues - the box was empty when I got in the room. The bathroom sink's plunger was broken in the "closed" position so the first time I washed my hands the water didn't drain -- and never did. The floor wasn't clean (vacuum, please) and there were two trash items next to the fridge that were not cleaned up. The plastic trash bag was torn. The manager was overwhelmed. He was a one-man operation and desperately needed a person there to help run errands to fix things or get items while he managed the desk. Finally, I had heavy bags yet the elevator was not working because "of renovations." Seriously, skip this place.

We arrived to the room and were overwhelmed by the smell of smoke. The room was mostly clean but there were not enough towels or washcloths in the bathroom. I also had to ask for toilet paper. The next morning we realized one of the beds did not even have a comforter on it, just a thin decorative liner. Not comfortable at all! Very disappointed with this hotel stay.

It could have been cleaner, bathroom faucet needed to have the aerator cleaned out or replaced.

Our first room we went to was not cleaned/prepped for us so we went and received a second room. The second room was prepared and the beds were made but it was filthy. There were hairballs on the ground and we found one in the bed, the beds were COVERED in what looked like dog hair, the TV box was dangling under the TV, the mirrors were dirty, and there was PUBIC HAIR IN THE BATHTUB. We also found two spiders in the bathroom which was displeasing. We were very upset especially since we have two children. We did not even think about taking showers because of how unsanitary it was.
