It was dirty and the staff were horrible.

I'll start from checking in it took a half hour to get checked in the king bedroom suite had three pillows on the bed of one which had blood stains on it. There was hair in the shower. They have an ice machine in the main lobby but there is no ice bucket or cups in your room. The room was booked for two people but there was one set of towels. We tried multiple times to call the front desk but to no avail we could get no morning wake up call or even an answer at the desk for that matter at every hour of the night we tried to call. We were woke up at 5:00 in the morning by dogs barking in the hallway. They have a breakfast room that serves no breakfast. Two of the main doors to the hotel have been shot out by BB's. It was a horrible experience and this is the kind of place that makes you feel like you should take your clothes off before you come home.

Frond desk attendant busy caring for her baby, computer systems down, room assigned was already occupied, horrible pot smell, very dirty and… absolutely could not and would not stay here. I would rather sleep out in the car. Almost $140 for something I wouldn’t stay at for free.

While the staff was friendly and our beds and rooms were ok, this place needs a lot of work. Our tv and remote didn’t work, there isn’t a coffee pot or any cups nor shampoo, conditioner, hangers, limited towels, lamps don’t work, no blankets, missing a dial to control temperature and the ice machine on the second floor doesn’t work.

The sheets and pillowcases had make on them. They were not even cleaned from the previous guests. The towels int the bathrooms were also not cleaned. They simple made the bed, folded the towels and used it from the last guest. Disgusting. There was also some slime on the sink. There were several things in the room that were broken or removed from the wall and never repaired. The back door was supposed to lock but the lock was broken. We didn't even stay, we left the property and drove home late at night because we were so disgusted.

The building and grounds have not been kept up at all. The only reason we even considered staying there was the unavailable hotels closer to the airport because of a Taylor Swift concert !

The bathroom in room 323 is horrible. Pl us there was smell of marijuana on that floor. Also the place needs a thorough cleaning. The are filthy and needs to be vacuumed.

I couldn't be more happier with the staff!! I showed up and of course choice over booked them, so they had a room that was down for maintenance, they offered it to me, me knowing and have worked in the business and knowing what ot was like having overbooked with Taylor swift being in town i was happy with it. All thatvwas wrong was it was recently painted, refrigerator was put in backwards so u couldnt open the door and the floor was new. Gave it to me with discount. They wished everyone was as easy to work with than me and i said the same to them!!

Would not stay again. This hotel has a rating of 7.0 and not sure how. We had a funeral unfortunately the same weekend as the Taylor Swift concert. Hotels was all booked up & the few choices we had was this one, Lawrence KS (an hour away), or pay $400-$1000/night We have stayed at a 7.0 rating hotel before and even tho it’s not our preference it wasn’t this bad. We get to check in and the lady was very nice (best thing I can say about this hotel). They had us in a King even tho we paid for a suite. She fixed that. The elevator is down and doubt they will be fixing it so be aware. We walk to our room and the halls our filthy and they smelt. We get to our room and it didn’t look too bad. We checked the bed and it was clean. We parked closer to our room 323 to bring our stuff in it and the door to the hotel has gunshot holes in it. We walked up the stairs and the window frame is broken. We should have left but no other option besides sleeping in our car. Half the lights didn’t work, bathtub is peeling, and then as soon as you turn on the water it doesn’t drain so you are taking a shower in your dirty water, no toiletries not even hand soap, no cookware, very thin and worn out towels/washcloths, Wi-Fi would never connect (used our personal hotspot) not even a coffee maker. We was going to use the sofa bed so needed a blanket and sheet. The other front desk lady brought it up and even asked if she can enter our room which we appreciated. She apologized f

Only hot water in the shower. My daughter got scalded. No water pressure in the bathroom sink. The workout room, pool and breakfast area all closed. We paid full price for nothing more than a room. The people were good, but the services advertised were not there.
