Smelled old and like vomit. Not sure sheets were changed. Staff was 12 hours only. I left early.

Bullet holes in the windows. Mosdt of the doors to go outside are broken. No room service. Have to bring your own trash to the dumpster. Only get 2 towls for the whole week and internet is terrible. The fridges leak and there are stains everywhere. Basically thr worst place ever to stay at.

The rooms smell and are abit too old

The doors swing open even though they are automatic sliding doors and the furniture in the lobby is stained like someone went to the bathroom on it and no one cleaned it up. I went to my room (the place is like a maze) and found blood stains on the blankets. I couldn't get another room (not that I wanted one) because they were overbooked. Not the front staffs fault, but the hotel is dirty and smells like rotten meat.

Not as clean as it should’ve been when arriving, room wasn't ready when we showed up. Building is dated and it shows a bit. Saw a hair or two in the bed when we arrived. We left within an hour after our arrival. Not a fan of the absence of carpet in the room either. Frankly, the employees were pleasant to interact with but the product wasn’t the quality we thought it’d be

Very bad service and rooms were not nice. No blankets. Not worth the price.

Run down. Found a spider on my wall. Bad customer service. Would not stay here again

Terrible

When we checked in, there was an unpleasant odor. We were placed on the third floor. The elevator was out of order and had been for quite some time. We get up to the room and there’s a “party” going on across the hall with loud music. We go into the room and the smoke detectors had been ripped off of the wall. At that point we decided it was unsafe to stay at the property. We got the feeling that this wasn’t a place where families stayed.

No coffee available. Halls hadn't been vacuumed in some time.
