Excellent location

Room was dark, furnishings were outdated and in need of a major refurbishing.

Room was very nice but left personal item in bedside table drawer called that night to ask for help but no response. Upsetting.

Things I loved: as a big coffee aficionado, I was overjoyed to find a Nespresso coffee machine in my room! Having that high quality coffee each morning was such a joy! The room was well appointed in an enjoyable southwestern style and roomy, We had breakfast a couple times in the hotel restaurant and it was very tasty and with good selections. Lastly, we appreciated the hotel shuttle service, which will drop you at different spots around town, within a few miles I believe. One night when it was raining, this shuttle really saved us! The hotel was in a perfect location: a couple blocks from the busy downtown, but close enough to easily walk everywhere. Easy to walk to Canyon Road as well!

The bathroom while very spacious, had the dimmest lighting I have ever experienced in a hotel room. Besides being very dim, the light was also a yellow-ish hue, Not good for men or women trying to see what they are doing! I suggest upgrading the light fixtures to something with a brighter and more optimal hue, certainly a fairly inexpensive upgrade! Lastly, our room was towards the back of the property which (maybe) explains why it took a LONG time to finally get hot water while showering. I didn't time it, but I'd guess a full 5 minutes or more to get any hot water. Long enough to initially think we DID NOT have any hot water, but we did, it just took a LONG time to get to us.

Great location ! Wonderful historic feel to the property. Nice bar and restaurant. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Our room was too small for 2 queen beds! It was in the historic portion of the hotel and basically had no room for anything but the beds.

The service staff were excellent and very friendly. The location great and beautiful grounds. A unique experience in Santa Fe. Also, dog friendly is a big draw. However, i would go back for that reason alone.

Was here on business, the staff here are absolutely incredible. Rooms are spacious, event spaces are perfect, catering staff (HUGE shoutout to Laura, Isela, and Cesar) were incredible. Front desk staff (thank you Melissa for helping us out!!) were incredible. Food was delicious and great value.

Beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, very attentive staff. Food was excellent and staff very accommodating for food intolerances. Good meeting space

This hotel is a dream come true. The catering staff was AMAZING. Everyone was incredible, the hotel and rooms were beautiful and so spacious. I will 100% be returning as soon as possible. What a gem.
