Quality Inn Pasadena - Houston East

Breakfast was good….off the freeway. Over night staff was great. Morning ouch…

Dirty outside, people trying to steal stuff out of are car. Not the safest place, definitely nothing to look at there!!

Breakfast included in the price. Important since I'm a diabetic.

No shuttle for the weekend. They clean only 2 days a week. No fresh towels for the 3 entire nights.

The staff was awesome.

The facility needs more work. The rooms were spacious, but the hotel smelled somewhat mildewed. That’s really what made the stay somewhat unpleasant. They also need to switch up the options for breakfast.

Nothing.

TV did not work and offerd no resolve thill later that nite to move rooms to another floor entirely. No servis at all . And to top it all off did not get my deposit back and they charged my card for the room before I arrived to checkin. And booking said pay wen u stay not before . They said they could charge 24 hrs in advance . And said I smoked in the room to keep the deposit . Won't be booking again .

We like the stay in general. The breakfast was good and vary. The location was centralized.

I think they need to update the pictures, because is not the actual view of the hotel. The room wasn't too clean, the walls were dirty, the floor was wet all the time because of the air conditioning. The room had a gas smell, at the point of no wanting to be there during 11 am until 6 pm at least. The pool is not in a condition to enjoy of it, one of the pool lights was outside with all the cables, for me that is a hazard. When I did the check-in they charge me for the stay, but then, front desk called me stating I had additional charges that I need to pay. The person who called me was very insistent to me going to front desk and pay. That was a little bit rude.

Excellent Hotel

Wonderful stay at Quality Inn Pasadena Texas. I have been staying at this place for the last 12 days along with my 20 colleagues on a business trip. Found this place a good place to stay, all arrangements and services were very good. The front desk team comprises of Mayona, Angie, Mukesh, Ami, Yuvi along with the back-office staff is very cool and calm. They always resolved all our queries and talked to all with a smile on their face. Assist. Operations Manager Mr. Shrinivas guided us to provide help as and when required and planned for hotel transport. Many occasions he himself drove a hotel van for our visit to nearby places such as Walmart and Best Buy. The hotel has a bar/restaurant on 8th floor where Madam Gina is taking care of bar and guiding us in to choose delicious meal. She is a gentle lady ready to serve food and drinks with nice smile on face. Chef Adrian prepare superb and tasty multi cuisine food along with Indian cuisine. They have catered to the customers very well in their restaurant. Both Madam Gina and Adrian made our stay tasty, memorable, and good at this hotel for such a long time. Maritime lounge is located beside the restaurant and bar on 8th floor. For every seafarer maritime lounge act as stress buster with quality entertainment and games. The rooms were really clean, tidy, spacious & cozy. Thank you so much for your service, it was a very comfortable stay away from our home.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the building needs some structural love, but it was clean and organized
