Quality Inn Pasadena - Houston East

Staff was rude and pretended to be limited in speaking English. I booked a room amd they gave it away and told me to go next door to the Best Western. Indian people are racist against blacks. I was definitely discriminated against and will never spend money there again

It was clean and nice.

They have a $100 deposit and said it would be removed at checkout but it has not been and it is still showing. This is a shady business deal when staying with them and I do not recommend it. Most places are only 50 and come off fast and they are 100 and not came off yet.

This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in. No one spoke English well to understand you. My room was switched four times because they were dirty and they only have house keeping in the more. The staff was rude. This was the worst experience ever in life.

The breakfast!

Heat wasn't working and temps were in the 30's.

The breakfast was wonderful. But where you ate at was very cold. They had ceiling fan on. also it was very cold outside that weekend.

The fact upon checking in they had other customers complaining about what wasn't right. They no hot water and the heaters in the room was working at all. We switch room twice. That to much to do if you coming from another state and ready to check in and relax.

They have a new policy, only Mondays and Thursdays do the Housekeeping, and if you need toilet paper you can get it from main desk. They charge me the 100 us dlls deposit without telling first or mention, and all is ok I will get it back 5 or 7 days later, previous stay they asked and was in cash and after waiting and the housemaid checked the room got the bill returned the same moment, now I have to wait.
