Great staff and clean room!

Overall good stay the room smells like curry but it was quite and clean.

Tv was broken sink clogged and there was cockroaches

Current long term stay guest. Excellent location, staff always solves any issues that come up. Excellent teamwork that is not easily found many other places. Will be here for quite awhile longer - in very good hands here. Any issues from laundry malfunction to water solved quickly!

I left a message online and also called the day before my stay and let the hotel know that I would be arriving late around 2am or after. No one said a word other than ok, when u get here, pick up the phone and dial 500 and u will be checked in. Arrived around 2:15, picked up the phone to only be told that the night audit had already started and that there was nothing they could do. That I was out a room and my money. I had my son with me, all the rooms around us were booked. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

At at 1;30 morning someone kept knocking on door, loud music playing outside all night and man passed out from drugs or something outside hotel door with cigarettes smash up around him in the carpet. No staff on duty during the night. They shut down where you check in with looked like a hurricane shutter. Scary experience. Left at 8;30 morning still no staff yet.

We were immediately greeted with a the front desk attendant smiling and excited to welcome us to the hotel. She had asked us about our plans and we had great small talk before going up to the room, the room was great. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The natural lighting was also great too, I’m a big fan of natural lighting. The room also had a nice fridge and sink as well as a stove for more long term travelers, we stayed for one night and it was a great one. Thank you.

It was not horrible, I felt safe, it was clean and had a comfy bed. But no breakfast, no coffee, cigarette burn stains in a non-smoking room with that "coverup the smoke" smell. For an "extended stay", there were no kitchen supplies and the refrigerator was loud. I will avoid this one in the future.

I don’t normally write reviews, but there’s a few things I wanted to inform future guests… First, The staff was very friendly and cordial. Hotel isn't upscale by any means, but the room was clean. Now, for the negatives: 1. The site advertises free breakfast, but what they offer isn’t anything close. They put out coffee and prepackaged muffins in the morning. That’s it. There’s no hot food, and no place to eat. 2. Beds are not comfortable, and we had to run the shower for 10 minutes to get hot water. Room didn’t smell the best, either. 3. The worst part of our stay was that we didn’t get much sleep. Our neighbors were screaming obscenities, slamming doors, and fighting outside off and on from 1-4 am. I actually considered calling the police because the woman was so out of control. I know her behavior isn’t the fault of the hotel, but it went on way too long before things finally quieted down. We were just looking for an affordable place to stay after the OSU game. Will not stay here again.
