It was very clean and comfortable the air worked great

The woman that was checking me in I wish I got her name but didn't was very rude to me and she actually yelled at me while she was checking my son in, I told her it might be in my name bc I did all the reservations and she actually screamed at me, that I needed to wait, then when I checked in she laid my keys on the counter and never told me anything, not how to get to my room not if I needed anything where and how I would get it NOTHING. I asked her is this it and she said yes, so I figured it out on my own, I was very upset with her my check in was around 3pm on August 3rd, a lady had just clocked out and she just started her shift, other than that I had an incredible time and was very pleased with the hotel

Close to Columbus downtown and zoo

Breakfast is only a muffin and coffee, no bedroom cleaning, bathroom smell was terrible.

Grateful for the attention to my family and my dogs. Excelent customer service.

I booked it. Saw it was too far away... called within 5 mins of booking it! Tried to cancel. They wouldn't allow me to cancel. I paid for a room I didn't use.

The service was terrible. Shante was rude and unaccommodating at the front desk. The rest was mediocre at best. There are better options. STAY AWAY!

The bed was horrible, could feel the springs in it and there was blood spots on the door frame going into the bathroom.

Dirty lobby

BEWARE! This is NOT a customer friendly hotel. I booked a room for my wife and kids in the morning through Hotels.com. My wife called me, shook up at the check in desk. They refused her the room. Said only I can check in!?! I called immediately to give permission. Shante (who is toxic and should be released) refused to work with me. She said I had to find the customer service number for Hotels.com!?! My wife and small children are waiting in the lobby. I was beside myself. Shante began talking over me and lecturing me about raising my voice. Then she hung up. She has no regard for customer experience. STAY AWAY FROM SHANTE!

Everyone was friendly and helpful especially the manager.

Satellite TV and hot water didn't work well.

Everything was fine. We only needed a one-night stay and we found a deal online. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything was there that we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Having a grab and go breakfast was a real plus. Most extended stay hotels do not offer breakfast options at all.
