We came in and our beds were not made the rug at bath was soaked wet, they had given us a room that was never inspected and not cleaned. The cleaning lady had left an note saying “God bless you”. Another employee mentioned she had been gone for two days. They switched our room and never cleaned it on first days stay. They charged $50 daily for car valet. Because of the the room switch they charged us twice for incidentals at $300 a pop because they believed we had two rooms. Management needs to do better at being able to manage employees to run a tight ship and provide a quality stay.

Lovely restaurant and breakfast Cool, chic bedroom decor Very nice rooftop bar

Room door was so stiff we thought it was locked from inside. We were told to just give it a shove. They said they’d get engineering on it. Also various plug sockets weren’t working but we told receptionist on check out
