DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Tucson-Williams Center

My husband and I stayed here three nights while visiting relatives in Tucson. As always, the best part of the visit are the absolutely delicious chocolate chip cookies you get when you arrive. The property is a little older one. The rooms are a little different with glass walls where you enter the room and also one in the back by a balcony. The balcony is shared with the rooms next to you. We paid for the extra breakfast which was exactly the same every morning. A little variety would have been nice. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Overall it was nice. Spacious room and very good breakfast!

Could use a ramp to get to the side left of the lobby to be more accessible for wheelchairs and even the luggage rack vs walking all the way around.

There was a chair in the room covered in dark stains and black smudges. Pretty gross.

The rooms are spacious but have a bad smell as soon as you walk in. I think they are just old

Great facility. Loved the enclosed area for all rooms around a private garden center with pool and restaurant. Wonderful place to stay

Our stay on 09/27/25 was absolutely fantastic, we were greeted with freshly baked cookies upon check in, hotel staff down to breakfast staff and house keeping were very nice, rooms were clean, roomy, pillows and beds were comfortable, any need was met immediately. There is a $75 holding fee that was refunded immediately after check out. Swimming pool was sparkling clean hot tub was just the perfect temperature. Breakfast was a buffet style with the option to purchase different options. Overall our family of 5 were very impressed and will be back!

Cute hotel but definitely needs updating. Never saw security and didn’t receive cookies upon check-in. There was black dust all over one of the beds from the a/c vent. Will not stay here again.
