Amazing and very friendly staff

Checked in and the shower in the room did not work at all. No housekeeping to check on it. Had to move rooms at 11pm. Then got to the second room and the electric outlets in the room did not work. Could not use electric. Front desk laughed when I told her the shower was not working.

The area offers different opportunities to shop and dining.

First room sent to had A/C not working, Second room sent to had three crickets on the popcorn ceiling over the bed. Third room no issue just had to take my stuff from one side of the hotel to the other. Hotel is worn down, The three rooms I walked into had a certain smell which reminds me of my family’s century old house underground basement. Tub looks old, drapes filthy or torn, air vents look horrific don’t know what my family is breathing in…. This location not recommended….

The property outside was nice. The pool was sparkling clean & cool ( especially for August in Arizona). The rooms need to be remodeled. They are extremely outdated. We had issues with our ac unit to two rooms. We had to move twice because the ac units broke. We woke up in the middle of the night with no ac. They did give us points equivalent to 200$ for the inconvenience. That was a nice gesture although my nightly rate was 135$. I don’t think I can go back there. The staff was very nice though. The rooms need a better cleaning. I found a dead bug in one room.
