Good food, nice location

This hotel has seen better days. We booked it because after a rainy weekend and a canceled flight we were after a hot tub specifically in a part of the city we hadn’t had a chance to visit to make the most of our unexpected extra night. The hotel is incredibly run down, pool is absolute chaos, and there’s nothing hot about the hot tub. Really wishing we had picked somewhere else. Price was atrocious in comparison to hotels if much higher quality. Don’t stay here

Such a nice stay. I e did have to pay for parking- which I missed when booking. Breakfast is typical hotel buffet. They do have made to order omelettes but we went down just before it closed and didn’t bother with it. Hot tub was nice but pool was cold. Gym was super clean and well equipped. Rooms were nice but there was construction next door outside our room and they started at 7 am. There are some restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Neighborhood felt safe.

Wow, this might be one of the original Embassy Suites. It's like a step back in time complete with arcade and indoor pool. Rooms are really tired and the whole place needs a serious refresh. I will say that the guy at the front desk, Aron, was fantastic and on point.

Great location. The hotel is dated and not clean - hair in the bathrooms, stained carpet, etc. they skip normal helpful things like laundry bags, trash bags, ice bucket bags (all the bags apparently). Communal restrooms out of order, no pool towels. We were still okay staying the night but hoped for better.

My reservation was at a great price, easy check in, beautiful building-well cared for, amazing room, great buffet breakfast, secured parking...overall great stay. Due to business trip and early, I forgot my extra work shirt hanging in the closet. When I called after my event I was informed I had to go on line to have it delivered to me and pay a fee-this is ridicules and my office is a couple of miles away from the hotel.
