Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Plaza

Blood on comforter on bed. Breakfast area dirty. Chairs tables sticky. Food all over floor & tables.

Property was noisy & a mess with all the digging going on for the storm sewers. They woke you up in the morning. Weeds everywhere around the property. My curtIns were torn & the shower curtain had black mold on it. The balconies & windows are so dirty you can' see out of them! They ran out of breakfast food every day.

So dirty, needs updated so badly. Did I mention it was dirty? The couches and chairs in the rooms are stained, the carpet is gross, the drain in the bathroom has so much gunk in it that it’s going to be clogged before long. I advise everyone to stay somewhere else.

Hotel doesn’t meet the expectations of an Embassy Suites Hotel, pricy and Poor quality… I have stayed at Embassy suites La vista nesbraska, Alpharetta Georgia, Portland Oregon and this Kansas City Embassy Hotel is by far the worst…

We left the hotel and canceled our stay once we checked out the room. The hotel smelled of must / mold. It was dirty with visible mold. Aron at front desk check in was very nice. We just couldn’t stay. The room smelled like smoke We found a nice hotel elsewhere. Won’t be back there ever !

Clean

Need more workers to help serve at breakfast time. The two that were there were great, but they could have use some help.

Our tub and sink would not drain. The refrigerator was iced over and leaking. We finally had to move rooms:(. The whole hotel was dated and could tell it had not been kept up. When we went down for breakfast a little after seven, there was no milk, orange juice, or pancakes!! This was our first stsy at an Embassy Suites and we were very disappointed.

I did not like the carpet or the black person hair on the bathroom door

Breakfast and room were good.
