"It was o.k. but won't go there again."

It was o.k.

No communication or information. There was a QR code as we went into the building to check in. Person didn't tell us anything - realized that maybe it was for parking after we got to our room. Had to go back down and pay or risk getting towed. Had to search for coffee in the morning - it was pretty far away and free until 10:00. It was not a friendly place.

I like the room setup how all the suite rooms come with a living room whether its a 2 bed or 1 bed very spacious comfortable and my family got all the the sleep we needed, nice and quiet.

That i didn't get to spend another nite, I reserved the room for only 1 nite and wish I did 2 nights.

Close to the airport. Nice staff and great breakfast.

This isn't anything bad and nothing the hotel can do about it being this way but if it could be mentioned somewhere that you have to take a tram to get to the airport shuttle that would be helpful.

Proximity to airport. Layout was very nice with rooms facing the pool

Charged extra for parking, breakfast was 20 minutes late opening and not ready. Not a big deal if you don’t have to be somewhere early morning. My room wasn’t very clean and was in need of an update

Rooms are not up to par for the price. Dingy, broken lav handles and tub handles and faucet diverter, broken cabinet door under the kitchenette sink, so many unprofessional sheetrock patches on all walls and ceilings, all caulking repairs sloppy and visible, sheets didnt fit bed, looked like someone blew their nose in shower curtain, pool was grimy looking, door to balcony takes about 10 minutes of stregth to open, paint drips on the carpet....not impressed at all. We let them know and they did not respond until over 24 hours late to tell is they could tacted maintenance...but didnt fix anything. We had to ball up a washcloth to put on tub handle because you couldn't keep it on war...it would just fall to hot.
