Holiday Inn and Suites Phoenix Airport North by IHG

Nice location rooms very nice and bed was comfortable

Did not have free breakfast. Breakfast was 16 a person. I went down the road to ihop and got steak and eggs for 16 bucks

Worst experience in an IHG hotel!! Don’t stay at this hotel if a guy name Mark is in the front desk. We arrived sunday late night after flight got cancelled, but we were able to make a reservation for two rooms. As soon as we entered the lobby the bad experience began. Mark (who might be the worst people working for IHG) was in charge of the front desk and as we entered he received us with “I hope you’ve got a reservation” in a bad mood. After we show him reservation, ids and credit cards he swipe the card and the BAD BAD attitude began. He wanted $800 bucks for two rooms and deposit and the card didnt work the first time. I tried to explain to him that my card being issued by a Mexican bank needed to be inserted and use the security code. And that we had the funds. Well it was like an offense to him. And began yelling that he wouldnt do that. He swiped my card again and literaly broke it in the magnetic band place. I ask him in Good way to insert it and he just yell at me to leave the place and dont waste his time. I stood there trying to solve things and he just told me again to leave and just ignored me. This guy Mark has been the rudest person i have encountered in a hotel in my life. Dont expect to be treated well if this guy is still there. I called the IHG 1800 and they found us another where to Stay in a staybridge very near where all went súper easy and with out problems. I am waiting a call from IHG client relationship as they promise they will take care of this situation.

I like the location of the property.

Having to pay for parking was a turn off, being locked out of my room a number of times of times was disappointing, the rooms looked outdated and the bathroom was terribly small.

Great staff, great rooms. Very clean and comfortable.

The room was clean. And had everything i needed.

The only thing. The tvs didn't work to well.there was channel guide to show me what the channels were.
