Good location in Piccadilly Gardens, and only 10 minutes walk from the station. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom is small, you need to fully close the door to access the sink which is hidden behind. I when this was the Ibis styles as a 3 star hotel, now badged as a 4 star but did not live up to this billing. I could see no changes in the decor which is weather themed. There was no safe or complimentary items and felt like a 3 star hotel.

Staff were friendly & great with me.

Had to immediately move rooms as TV was broken, 2nd room i was in had weird smell, air conditioning didn't work & was dirty
