Rooms were clean and good location

When I tried to check in at 2pm and I couldn’t check in until 3pm even though I was told my room was ready. I would have to pay a further £20 to check in an hour earlier. Felt it was a money making scheme

It was in a great location. Not too far to walk to from Piccadilly Train Station and easy to walk to the tram for Etihad. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The walk in shower was perfect. Breakfast was great. A decent choice and coffee was hot. Loved all the quirky touches around the hotel: metal cowboy boot handles, metal umbrella handles, a large pair of glasses, etc.

The room was quite small with twin beds. Not much space for suitcases. Could have done with more milk, coffee etc. Only had one pillow (I always have 2) and one hand towel between us.

Very quirky hotel in great location. Very clean. The only downside is the breakfast. Very poor choice and quality of food not great. Breakfast was included but otherwise it's 12.99 which is very expensive for what you get. I would definitely stay here again but I would avoid the Breakfast.
