"It seemed clear that this hotel was a recent purchase by Embassy Suites. It did not meet our expectations of an Embassy"

Beauty of grounds, welcoming to families, open space, ease of parking, large room suites with door, second sink in bedroom separate from bathroom, plenty of mirrors for getting ready.

Room was heavily in need of rehaul: damaged walls throughout, damaged headboard, worn, chipped furniture. Sink in bedroom was stopped up/ would not drain. Garbage cans were so small, and no extra bags for additional garbage. Not enough cups in room or cutlery for snacks or stirring coffee, coffee options were sparse (not enough coffee pods nor creamer).

"Palm desert get away"

Had a great time nice weekend get away. Only complaint was iron and ironing board did not work properly. So I had to wear wrinkled clothes. But everything else was great. Suggestion: Used regular full length ironing boards as it is very difficult to iron on a little table top board and iron would not hold water and instead leaked out all over my clothing. Can’t wait to go back again.
