Embassy Suites by Hilton Arcadia-Pasadena Area

The huge “Embassy”-sign in the middle is cute. I liked the egg station. I liked that the breakfast is actually until 10am on weekdays, and not 9am. (They really have to update their signage) Kudos to Jose, the front desk associate, who welcomed us on our first night - late night 4/4/26. His warm and cheerful personality made our long drive worthwile. Streaming apps were available. Nice.

1. They charged $16 for parking fees. The gates actually never worked! So unguaranteed safety. 2. Our AC in the room (room 722) DID NOT WORK and we called in for repair every single day to no avail!!!! On our last day, we finally moved to a new room and AC worked!!! So basically, for 3 days, we were in the sauna! 3. The manager, Chase, could learn how to smile. 4. They gave us free drinks coupon for ‘530pm-7pm’. We kept getting there late (because of LA traffic!!!) and they never accommodated us. EVEN IF WE WERE ONLY 5 MINUTES LATE!!! The barista was also racist. 5. Out of 4 elevators, only 2 worked. And really really really slow!

They switched my room and didn’t want to honor our late check out had to call booking just to get them to honor it

I’ve stayed here several times. It was convenient for my work location. I won’t stay here again.

Coffee maker, televisions and two electrical outlets were not working or not operating properly.

Hilton Honors Member. Not sure what has happened to this hotel. I haven’t experienced stayed here numerous times while traveling for business. It was always what you would expect for an Embassy. The last few stays have revealed a steady decline in service, professionalism and convenience. My room’s coffee maker does not work. Two of the outlets don’t work. The television picture is blueberry blue and you are unable to adjust settings. $195 plus $15 for parking doesn’t get you much at an Embassy Suites. It was good while it lasted but I won’t be staying here again. I stayed at an Embassy in Santa Clarita last night and it was equally poor. For the price you’re better off staying at a much cheaper hotel.
