Many thanks to the staff at Embassy Suites - Arcadia, especially Tiffany and Breanna, who did an awesome job reserving rooms and taking care of many last-minute details for a big family event in mid-April. Our out-of-town visiting relatives (and local family members) were very pleased with the rooms we had reserved from them, the professional and hospitable staff and, of course, the amazing breakfast buffet. Thanks also the very capable manager Mark who skillfully facilitates the smooth operation of this talented team of professionals. In fact, we chose Embassy Suites - Arcadia based on a similar family event some years ago so, once again, we really look forward to having additional guests stay at this wonderful facility.

The area is great a lot of restaurants close by

The major problem was .the pool was closed that is the only reason we picked this hotel if we would have known we would have stayed somewhere else.the staff could have told us before arrival as a courtesy.the refrigerator in room didn't work.and no screen door on balcony we got bit by mosquitoes.was disappointed.thought this hotel would have been better was our first time staying here..I would really like the hotel to make it right for another stay when pool is working

The staff were very helpful & friendly. There were are a few discrepancy; pull out sofa was uncomfortable, frame was very hard to pull out and mattress was stained. I slept in the floor. There was a wasp nest outside the sliding door and the swimming pool was closed throughout our stay.
