The breakfast, the kindness of the staff

The furniture was not clean and had missing parts,

muy bien el desayuno, mucha variedad y el cafe super rico

puede mejorar el servicio del elevador, y la limpieza en las habitaciones que recojan los vasos sucios.

They did not have my reservation and the young girl with the long brown hair at the front desk was very snarky and gave us little to no help. Acted as if our questions were bothering her.

The staff was very snoody with major attitudes

disappointed that 2 of the 4 elevators were down making wait time difficult especially on a weekend, also sadden that the pool was closed.

The pool was closed without notice, that is the entire reason we booked this place for our child, as it was an indoor pool. Staff was aloof about it overall. 2/4 elevators were closed which made getting anywhere in a timely manner difficult. There was a film crew that took over the entire lobby, in order to get in and out of the hotel we had to use side doors and there was no communication on any of it. There were times we literally had to seek out staff as to how to get out. Very inconvienent. Our child had a very small urine accident in the bed, we notified front desk, and they charged us $75 because sheets had to be "thrown away" because of bolidly fluids. We can imagine there are bodily fluids on those sheets nightly that don't get thrown away. There is a train right outside the hotel that runs ALL NIGHT. Won't be back.

I liked the inside pool. And the breakfast was okay. The location was pretty good. They did have a pretty decent lobby area. A few tables to eat dinner and a small restaurant and bar. Happy hour and each adult gets a free drink.

The rooms didn’t feel very comfortable or clean. Really dimmed. And outdated. Two of the four elevators were broken. When went to the pool area they’re weren’t any clean towels replenished. The restroom area wasn’t very clean. Felt really uncomfortable and itchy leaving the hotel. I think the hotel has a lot of potential just overall needs a renovation. For the amount I paid for one night It definitely wasn’t worth it.

The staff was great

The hotel is very dated. We were on the bottom floor, which was extremely noisy. The room had a very musty smell. The shower barely worked; there was so much calcium in the sprayer that you got barely any water. When the room was cleaned, they did not remove any of the dishes from the room service that had been ordered, so there were dirty dishes in the sink the whole time. There were no cleaning supplies, and if you are not going to take my dirty dishes, I need to be able to wash them. The hotel was fully booked and one of the elevators was out of service. The handicap rooms are on the bottom floor, but there is no ice machine on that floor, so as a handicap person, I had to go up the elevator to the second floor and halfway around the hotel.

Plenty of options at breakfast.

My bathroom had mold, and I was charged a parking fee (that was refunded after I.contacted the hotel) with no car.

The breakfast, rooms were clean and relaxing.
