Loved the Ten Commandments statue and the huge room size, the cleanliness was great, and staff were very nice.
Hotel was average.
The room was clean, but VERY dated. The front desk staff lady was very nice, detailed and professional.
Did like that the manager was rude. The ac in our room was not working was offered a fan. There was mold coming out of the air vent, going down the wall. I have picture. I tried getting a refund it took calling expedia several times and speaking to the manager twice before she agreed to do a refund. There were no other rooms in the hotel to move. The maintenance guy came offered box fan and said should cool off more later in the evening. Sitting in hotel room sweating was unacceptable and was the mold.
It was just ok. Seemed old and not very clean.
While the room seemed clean, it was extremely damp. Fixtures are very old and worn. Tub was slick to walk on for showering. I don’t think we’ll stay there, again, unless it gets an overhaul.
