Love the bed. Staff friendly at check in. Not so much at check out. Said we were third party. No receipt of stay. Agent walked away ftom counter. Rates are too high for venue and facility. Stayed here lots of times, but never again.
Hotel is clean and looks nice, but the staff they keep in the pool was extremely rude and kept yelling at my toddlers for being toddlers in a not crowded pool. He was extremely disrespectful. Front desk lady also had a very ugly attitude when my husband went to ask for a blanket for the pullout couch. I do not recommend staying here at all, especially if you have young kids. They are not friendly and have the craziest rules I have ever heard of.
Staff and service was excellent
Great mid grade hotel. Two rooms for the price of one. Comes with breakfast and drinks at night. Someone overseeing the pool area - not a lifeguard.
The room was clean the sheets were rough and hot when sleeping. Couldn’t move very well because I stuck to the sheets.
Did not like the toilet in the room. was way to far down for me. I had knee surgery earlier in the year and I had a hard time getting off the toilet. Having an ADA toilet would be GREAT.
