My expectations were higher for this hotel, Eleganté is not so elegante. Ms. Alison (reception) was kind and welcoming when checking in unlike the other lady with the half bleached hair who did not acknowledge I was there. The hotels entrance is beautiful but I would not recommend staying there unless you like struggling with the room door not opening. Apparently you have to be patient with the door to then find out the key card was not working. The room was clean and spacey. One bed had a pole sticking out to which my child hurt herself. The bathroom was missing a shower curtain to which the water splashed all over the floor. The kitchen electrical did not work on our last night and the refrigerator stopped working and the ice packs melted and could not be used. The kitchen faucet water came out brown. There’s a pool monitor but not a lifeguard.

I love this hotel. Always my first option if available when I’m in town. However this time I had an issue with cleaning ladies. Check out wasn’t until noon. I go to breakfast and go back to my room at 1020am to find my door was opened. They were in there cleaning my room like I was checked out taking everything out. My wallet and Labtop was in there with much more. I did not appreciate them being in my room before check out.

Breakfast should be better considering the price of the stay, Disorganized room numbering and no sign indicating the location. Dirty towel according pictures.
The only issue was with room service. Online and on the menu it statuses room service is available everyday except Sunday; we tried ordering on Monday night but were informed they closed on Mondays now as well. Then on Tuesday night we called, but I was told to walk down to restaurant to place order; which they then got wrong upon delivery.
Grandkids love the pool, that is why we stay here. Beds aren't the most comfortable and everything could use an update. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Just ok Rooms need major upgrades shower weed and hard to figure out toilet old and way too short for us with bad knees bed was great tvs are old over all just can say ok for the price
