"Best hotel in Boise/ value, cleanliness, safety and best customer service from staff!"

Room was great- really great value and the staff are first rate, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and needs were fully met. Breakfast and shuttle service both complimentary. The only place I’ll stay in Boise from now on. Be sure to tip well- their care and attention to detail and quality make this property a stand out.

"Very nice but not perfect."

It was very cozy and comfortable with areas that I would like to sit and enjoy if we had more time.

I didn’t like that there was not a Jacuzzi. I also did not like that my room was booked as a king or queen size bed and we ended up with a queen. Really wanted a king. I wish I could have just booked a room with a king and not had to roll the dice and hope for the best.

A great place to stay people there were so friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and a great free shuttle to stop you places. Room is comfortable but the people make it. Good location for getting steps up walking to city Center on nice days shuttle as plan b.

The check in staff was very friendly and we liked the room. The location was great (near the park, university, and downtown) and the area very walkable and safe.
