Styl mieszkania, lokalizacja, odległość od starego miasta i od morza, sympatyczny właściciel, blisko supermarketu, blisko bezpłatnego parkingu

Obiad dobry na pobyt 345 dni Max wynika to z faktu że jest usytuowany w taki sposób że w chodzi się do niego bezpośrednio z ulicy. Nie ma żadnych okien ani balkonu. Jedyny moment kiedy można wywietrzyć pomieszczenie do otwarcia drzwi wejściowych

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo fajne mieszkanie. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Jak przyjechaliśmy było akurat święto w tym mieście i były pozamykane ulice. Dostaliśmy informację jak objechać żeby dotrzeć do noclegu co było bardzo pomocne.

Excelente todo! Modesto y Milena fueron más que amables y atentos durante nuestra estadía en Nivis Avis, súper serviciales y nos respondieron todas las dudas que teníamos. El apartamento es más que cómodo, súper cerca del centro de Polignano y de la playa más famosa. Súper fresco en verano ya que cuenta con dos aires acondicionados! La cocina espectacular, ideal para cuando no queríamos salir a comer afuera. Gracias Modesto y Milena por hacer de nuestra estadía en Puglia como si fuera nuestra casa. Volvería sin dudas!

Absolutamente nada de malo.
