Excellent view and helpful staff. The linens could be update to improve the comfort, otherwise it was wonderful.

Grindelwald is beautiful and this hotel had a patio area that was perfect for viewing the landscape. The free breakfast was the highlight of the hotel. Lots of food and beverage options. One negative is it's definitely a steep uphill hike from the nearest bus stops. I got my workout at the end of each day walking back to the hotel. They also don't have a restaurant but the hotel right next door has two restaurants so that wasn't a problem if you didn't want to go far for a bite to eat.

Lovely stay, spectacular view!

Loved this place! It’s charming and quaint, local bus transport close by & and THE VIEW! It’s everything we wanted! They do shuttle from train station which is extremely helpful with luggage! Would definitely want to stay here again in Grindelwald ❤️

We spent one night here and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a balcony and sat outside in the evening and had a great view of the mountains. They even gave us free bus passes. The breakfast was huge and delicious. Wished we stayed longer. Definitely book again but make sure you book in advance. Irma

This place is a dream! It was away from the hustle and bustle of the main downtown area, but a beautiful and manageable walk to get there! Our triple room was perfect with plenty of space, great decor, a balcony, and a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so helpful and kind. We played billiards and sipped wine on the hotel patio looking out at the Alps. Our favorite stay in our whole trip throughout Switzerland!

Fantastic hotel. Very nicely done mountain style room. Great fairytale alpine view from the room balcony. Simple but very very good breakfast with homemade jams, breads, local yogurts, scrambled eggs, cheese and great coffee etc., - shows how simple can be great sometimes. More than anything, hotel folks were wonderful, helpful and flexible.

Perfect location

We loved this place. Great service, great room, and access to everything. The gentleman from Bulgaria, who worked the counter, was amazing and super accommodating.
