Our stay at the Hilton Palm Springs was absolutely wonderful. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay and were always friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel offers great value for the price, and its location is fantasticโ€”very convenient and close to downtown Palm Springs, making it easy to explore the area. My family and I had a truly enjoyable weekend here and created many great memories. What impressed us the most was the exceptional honesty and dedication of the hotel staff. About a week after we checked out, I realized that I had lost my passport at the hotel. The staff responded quickly, worked diligently to help locate it, and eventually found it. They also kept it safely secured until arrangements could be made for its return. I am extremely grateful for their outstanding assistance and professionalism. Experiences like this show the true quality of a hotel and its team. I highly recommend Hilton Palm Springs to anyone visiting the area. In the future, whenever I come to Palm Springs, this will be my first choice for accommodation. Thank you again to the entire Hilton Palm Springs team for making our stay so memorable and for going above and beyond to help us.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet at night. They offered free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Through some mix up, a member of the party I was traveling with was booked for two rooms instead of one. He was only given one key to a room when he arrived and was unaware that he was being charged to two rooms until the next morning. They refused to give him a refund on the other room he did not even have a key for or know about.

Maybe two shower caps instead of one and the fridge didi not work.
